Rentokil Pest Control - Customer Service Admintrator

£16,000 per annum


This role will be based in our HAYDOCK branch.


Rentokil Initial is an established global blue chip organisation. We are Britain's leading provider of business services to a wide range of industry sectors. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator.


The purpose of this role is to provide and support the activities of our front line operational colleagues and managers within Rentokil Pest Control, to enable the delivery of a world class service.






  • Handle professionally ‘Service’ focused Customer complaints (letters, telephone calls, faxes & web view)

  • To look after all post inbound and outbound

  • To have a strong emphasis in supporting field based technicians with administration tasks to ensure we deliver an efficient and timely service offering to all of our customers

  • Attendance at the operational team meetings

  • Ensure compliance with set ISO procedures

  • Day to day interaction with our colleagues and customers on the telephone and through email regarding service delivery


To qualify for this Service Support Administration role you will have:

  • Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload

  • Proven ability to work with diverse groups of people

  • Ability to influence the actions of others

  • Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work within a team environment

  • Ability to train and support other administrators in the area of service
  • A background in accounts or debt management is desirable but not essential
